Tokyo and San Francisco Bay Area are ranked second and third, with resident millionaire populations of 290,300 and 285,000, respectively, according to Henley & Partners, which tracks private wealth and investment migration trends worldwide, and global wealth intelligence provider New World Wealth.根据追踪全球私人财富和投资移民趋势的Henley & Partners和全球财富情报提供商新世界财富的数据，东京和旧金山湾区分别排名第二和第三，常住百万富翁人数分别为29.03万人和28.5万人。
